We would like to thank all of our volunteers who gave their time and energy to serving the Caldwell Arts Council in 2010.  This past year we had 151 volunteers and 8 service organizations donate a total of 1,848 hours!  We could never accomplish all that we do, in and for our community, without the help of our wonderful volunteers.

Join the Caldwell Arts Council as a volunteer! Whether your contribution is lending your professional expertise, hanging an exhibit or cleaning the offices, your help will be greatly valued. We currently need volunteers to:

1. Help with mailings - Typically we have at least one mailing each month, and we could use your assistance putting mailing labels on these mailers.
2. Prepare food for openings - No one to cook for? We are looking for cooks to help provide hors d'oeuvres, finger foods & desserts for our opening receptions on First Fridays.
3. Clean the offices & gift shop  (Every now & then, a good dusting makes your arts council shine!  Sneezes provided free of charge, along with tissues.)
4. Maintain garden and grounds - CCC&TI's Horticultural Department and several other volunteers help with maintaining our herb garden, and we want you to feel free to help yourself to the herbs any time you like!  If you could help with a little pruning here & there, or with mowing now and then, we'd be delighted to have your assistance!
5. Hang art for our monthly exhibits -- Looking for Grown-up social time during the day?  Come hang with us!  We are looking for people to help hang artwork for our monthly exhibits - we'll train you!
6. Host or hostess for openings (just keeping the hors d'oeuvres trays filled & making sure there's plenty of punch & other drinks on the table - it's not hard!  And we provide cute aprons...)
7. Help with organization and scheduling of activities (an extra mind and set of eyes is very helpful!)
8. Event volunteers (We have lots of events off-site, and it's great to have a volunteer or two (or more) to help with the workload.  We'll train you in all you need to know and be there to help too.)
